About
Join us for a book talk with Dr. Nadim Bawalsa, Visiting Fellow at GU-Q and author of Transnational Palestine: Migration and the Right of Return before 1948, winner of the 2023 Palestine Book Award and the Nikki Keddie Book Award. The first book to trace Palestinian migration to Latin America, it shows how struggles over citizenship shaped both a Palestinian diaspora and a national consciousness. In conversation with Dean Safwan Masri, Dr. Bawalsa will reflect on how these histories continue to resonate today.
