Georgetown Spring MUN Conference
Spring MUN Conference 2026
We invite interested schools in Qatar and abroad to apply for our Spring MUN conference led by Georgetown University in Qatar students. Designed around school timings, each school is invited to send up to two delegations. Up to three delegations are allowed for local schools on a first-come-first-served basis. We encourage schools to apply as soon as possible to secure their spots, and begin researching both the country they will represent and the topics under debate in their assigned committee.

For Schools Outside Qatar

Application deadline for schools outside Qatar: January 15, 2026
Acceptance is on a rolling basis
Submission deadline of passport copies: January 29, 2026
Registration fee payment deadline: January 29, 2026 (If the payment is not received by the deadline, the university reserves the right to cancel your application)

280 USD per student
1 delegation (6 students + 1 advisor): 1680 USD
2 delegations (12 students + 2 advisors): 3360 USD
3 delegations (UPON AVAILABILITY): 5040 USD
There is no advisor fee for advisors unless the school decides to bring an additional advisor, for instance two for one delegation or three for two delegations. Each additional advisor will be charged 750 USD.
